Fungistic survey of the macromycetes from Bocoyna, Chihuahua, Mexico

A survey of macromycetes of Bocoyna, state of Chihuahua is presented. The principal aims of this study
were to increase the mycobiaa records of the state, to conform a taxonomical catalogue, and to become
acquainted with some ethnomycological information from the region. Two collections were made
during July-September of 1992. Ninety taxa were determined, 29 families are represented, 24 belonging
to the subdivision Basidiomycotina, 4 belonging to the subdivision Ascomycotina and ooe be\ongina
to the class Myxon1ycetes. Thirty five species and 2 genera are referred for the first time from thia
district.
