Behavior of one foreign strain of Flammulina velutipes in three culture media

Flammulina velutipes (Curt. ex Fr.) Sing. from a strain of U.S.A. was cultiva
ted on Sabouraud dextrose agar, potato dextrose agar and malt extract agar, under
three different temperatures: 9-ll•c, 13-ls•c and 22-24°C, in order to know the optimal
conditions of growth. The best growth was observed in Sabouraud dextrose agar
at 22-24°C.
