Abstract

Three fungal pathogens species are new records from Mexico: Asperisporium mikaniigena,
Cercospora mikaniacola and Mycosphaerella mikania-micranthae. Those fungi are part of the mycobiota associated with
Mikania micrantha a native plant from America, which represent a problem in countries from Africa and Asia, where it is
considered a weed.
