Species of Nidulariales (Gasteromycetes) common in Mexico

Abstract

Twenty four species of Nidulariales a r e reported from Mexico , one or the
genus Crucibulum and twenty three of Cyathus . From t he last , eight species are
recorded for the first time in t he Mexican mycobiota: C. cheliensis Tai et Hung ,
Q. gayanus Tul . , c. helenae Brodie, f· jul ietae Brodie~ f· novae-zeelandiae Tul .,
c. olivaceo-brunneus Tai et Hung, C. pul l us Tai et Hung and f· triplex Lloyd .
Ecological data and distribution i~ the country is given for each species .
