Abstract

This study is based ¡n the analysis of 36 species of mushrooms
(Ascomycetes) from the State of Morolos. Of these species 23 belong to the Order
Pezizales, 6 to the Helotiales, 5 to the Xvlariales, 1 to the Hypocreales and 1 to the
Elaphomycetales. Fifteen of the species which are not well known in México, are
discussed and described both macro and microscopically. Bulgaria ¡nquinans. Fr.,
Helvella pezizoides Fr., H. stevenssi Peck, Lámprospora nigrans (Morgan) Seaver,
Peziza succosa Berk. and P. sylvestris Boud., are reponed for the first time in
México. Of the 36 studied species, 24 are new records to Morelos.
