New observations on fungi, lichens and myxomycetes from Chiapas

Abstract

Forty six species of fungi, lichens and myxomycetes from the State of Chiapas
(México) are discussed, of which 28 are new records, and two of them are new from
México (Lactarias hygrophoroides Berk. & Curt. and Hygrocybe mgrescens var. brevispora
(Dennis) Pegler). Among the studied species 43 are fungi (8 Ascomycetes and 35 Basidiomycetes),
1 is a lichen and 2 are Myxomycetes. They were collected from the Lacandone
forest.
