Abstract

Ten species of Uredinales are first reported from the State of Chiapas (Mexico),
of which only Alueolaria cordiae Lagerh., Cronothrix basicrassa Buritica & Hennen, C. prae
tonga (Winter) Arthur, Endophyllum circumscriptum Whetzel & Olive var. circumscriptum
and Pucciniosira dora/a Buritica & Hennen are here described. The others were described
by the author and colleagues from the State of Veracruz
