Abstract

61 cases of animal dermatomicosis are reponed in some states of México. The
contamination or alteration in the fed are considered like a predisposition factor. Dermatomicosis for Trichophyton mentagrophytes associated in some
instances with Dermatophilus congolensis in horses and pigs, and some cases of
chromomycosis are reported for the first time in México. The results are compared
with those obtained by other autors.
