A preliminary check-list of the fungi, lichens and myxomycetes from Uxpanapa, Coatzacoalcos, Los Tuxtlas, Papaloapan and Xalapa regions (part of the States of Veracruz and Oaxaca)

A list of more than 400 species o£ fungí (mainly higher fungí), lichens and
myxomycetes ís present; the material was collected from 236 localities in the
Uxpanapa-Coatzacoalcos-Los Tuxtlas-Papaloapan-Xalapa región, in the States
of Veracruz and Oaxaca. This paper is part of the research program in progress
by the authors with financial support from CONACYT and the National Science
Foundation.
