Abstract

A native strain of Pleurotus
djamor (UADY-19) was grown on fermented squash stubble. Five flushes were obtained in 44 days after ¡noculation with
130% biological efficiency (BE) and 2.9% production rate (PR). Hemicellulose contení was lowered while lignin and ash
content increased in spent substrate.
